A discarded project, surrounding a boy learning his way in the underwater world.
I was tasked with exploring the characters and a few sequences.
One of them was the very opening, where the story of an Octopus Warrior was told through the art of Water Puppetry (an ancient tradition of Vietnamese). And another sequence where we meet the main character (calling him "Boy" for now) for the first time, dashing through the busy city on his puffer fish buddy.
The project went with a different direction, different lots of things. And so these board may never get to come to life. I'm giving them a second chance by posting them here. Hope you enjoy!
