LNY - Year of the Rat - 2020

 2020 will be the year of the Rat. I was stressing my hair off about how a tiny Rat is going to beat the massive Boar from last year. Then I remember the age old traditional of Lunar New Year in Vietnam, a great pot of thịt kho. "Thịt kho" is a dish of braised pork and eggs, a perfect solution to my problem. This is my favorite of this project so far.
